POWERBIM is a DIGITAL TWIN Platform that links digital models of buildings and infrastructure with static and dynamic databases to manage the life cycle of assets, from the design and construction phase to the use and operations phase, thus avoiding loss of information, monitoring, simulating results and improving the behavior of assets in as many aspects as the asset or infrastructure has data.

POWERBIM integrates BIM/3D/GIS digital models with asset management systems (Scada, BMS, EMS, CMMS, IoT, ERP) in an automated way, integrated into the databases and information of a collaborative BIM environment (CDE). To do this, we integrate a business intelligence layer that allows us to analyze in real time or in the future the information we obtain from the systems in addition to being able to remotely operate the assets by accessing devices, sensors, or even drones or rovers. At POWERBIM we can manage multiple buildings and infrastructure integrated into the city and manage, in a simple and direct way, in a web browser, without the need to install any software, a multitude of information and monitor the main KPIs of energy, sustainability, construction or maintenance of assets, achieving a positive impact of 30% with respect to current management systems.
